How are the hair transplants done?

Hair Follicle Transplant is a "State of The Art" hair transplant procedure. This procedure creates the highest level of naturalness that is not possible with any other hair transplant procedure.

In this Hair Follicle Transplant Surgery, a strip of skin along with the hair follicles is taken from the donor area (back or side of the scalp of the patient). It is then cut in single or multiple sets of grafts, the hair follicles are then grafted into the bald areas depending on the growth, directions & required density of the hair in that area.

Since the hair transplanted in one's own hair, it has the same genetic structure and the transplanted hair will grow as fast as before and will stay as long as that particular hair from the donor site area. How long will it take to perform the hair transplantation?



What results can I expect from hair transplants?

• It may take 8 to 18 months for the full growth of the growing hair. Not all hair start growing at the same time some remain ahead of other. Not only those initial hairs are thinner which with time achieve thickness, as they grow longer. The growth rate of the grafted hair is usually over 90 %.

How long is the recovery period from hair transplant surgery?
