I can say that I am very particular about my health, always take good care of myself and exercised regularly. But, there were certain areas of fat that just wouldn’t go and this was starting to affect my self-esteem. I started hating my body for all that fat deposits.

After I read about the cosmetic surgery in India on the internet, I started exploring options. I came through Indicure and just thought of putting a query. I was sure I was not going to India for the procedure. But the way, Shweta Bhargav handled my queries, I must say was too good. She had answers to all my questions and answered all my queries very promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I was shown the CV of the doctor, the details about the hospital and all that I asked for.

But deep down, I had apprehensions, but only till landed in India. I was received at the airport, was taken to the hospital in an air conditioned car. The doctor and the hospital staff were very nice and I had a wonderful experience going through Indicure. I recuperated in Kerala after the surgery, which I must say everyone should visit while in India. It’s God’s own country.

All I can say is God bless Shweta and entire staff at Indicure for all that they did for me!!!! I have started loving myself again!!!!

Pregnancy and breast feeding had left my breasts completely sagging. I was so disturbed by my looks that I actually stopped going out to the social gatherings. I felt awful about my body.

I am feeling so confident now that my friends say that “It’s new you”. I can wear the clothes of my choice. I had always felt ashamed of the really small boobs that I had. Though an Indian, it was my first trip to India. I had only heard about India from my parents who had left the place in their thirties.

I had always wanted to see India and since the cost of cosmetic surgery was pretty less as compared to what I would pay in England, I decided to go ahead. I am so happy with the results of the surgery.

I used to feel so awkward about my man boobs- I almost stopped going to the swimming pool and joined a gym instead. My girl friend always had a point to tease me.

Rhinoplasty

Indicure literally changed my life and the way in which I look at myself. Six months ago, I had a rhinoplasty (nose job) performed through Indicure. I didn't have a bad nose; I just wanted to slightly refine what I was born with. I was extremely nervous about the whole thing, though I knew that this was something that I definitely wanted to do and I had been shopping around many plastic surgeons.

It was not until I found Indicure, spoke with Shweta and I finally became comfortable. The entire staff was amazing! They all made me feel so comfortable and were involved and cared every step of the way.

As for the results, I could never have asked for anything as beautiful as what I ended up with! I look like I have the nose that I should have been born with, it is so beautiful. My new nose looks like it fits my face and no one would EVER guess I had it done, my own parents mentioned that I looked different but couldn't exactly pinpoint why, though my nose looks very different than it did.

I have always been overweight, from a very early age.  My doctor had already warned me that I was borderline diabetic, had high blood pressure, and a hereditary weight condition, and I was classed as morbidly obese and that if I didn't lose weight I could be dead in a couple of years. I was a voracious eater and just cannot stop myself from munching.

One day when I had the angina pain that I realized drastic action needed to be taken, as only being married to my wife for four years and now blissfully happy, I owed it to myself and my wife to lose the weight. I had to lose weight anyhow. 

I researched the website for information on the gastric bypass, and found about Indicure. I received the relevant information and the initial form for completion online. This I immediately returned. I was then offered a date for the operation.

On arrival in India, I was received at the airport and straight away taken to the hospital for the initial tests. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and the hospital itself was extremely modern.  I met the surgeon who sat and explained in great detail about the operation. (My wife was also staying with me in the same room, which was company for me) and received five star treatment.

Next day, I had the operation, and apart from a little discomfort felt extremely well and my life had been preserved for some more years to enjoy things that I have not done or could not do in the past due to the excessive weight. My life was now on a new path. I sat wondering about being able to get clothes to fit and that now I would be able to eventually bend over to tie shoe laces, and the way my life would alter. After spending the night in ICU (no problems, just precaution) I returned to my room to rest and recover. Next day I was up and about and doing some gentle walking down the corridor. I was told by the Dietician what foods to eat and what to avoid, and was discharged from the hospital on Saturday.  I spent a further couple of days in a hotel in Delhi with the view of doing some sight-seeing, but this proved not to be, due to feeling a bit too tired. Even a gentle stroll left me exhausted.  My operation was on the 12th April 2005, and to date (October 2005) I have lost a total of 126 pounds, and am feeling very well indeed.

I would like to thank Shweta for his support, and continuing contact with me,  the Doctor and his surgical team for the professional care, knowledge and expertise with this medical procedure, and for changing and saving my life.
